Returns & Exchanges

Every Gracist Essentials piece is printed just for you when you order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind.

Size swaps: If your size isn't right, email gracist.rva@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the size you need, and make sure the item is unworn. Your first swap is on us. Keep the original, or pass it on to someone it fits. Each additional swap costs $15 for tees and $25 for hoodies and backpacks.

Damaged or defective items: If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost.
